
Body hurts.
Really pushed my limits during yesterday’s race and I think I need a recovery massage. Happy thai ending not important.
Feeling like a chainsaw, think I’m going for a relax-chill-ride, sauna afterwards and drinking lotsa water to purify. Fingers crossed the stiffness can be axed and recovery sets in.
