Body hurts. Really pushed my limits during yesterday’s race and I think I need a recovery massage. Happy thai ending not important. Feeling like a chainsaw, think I’m going for a relax-chill-ride, sauna afterwards and drinking lotsa water to purify. Fingers crossed the stiffness can be axed and recovery sets in. Coffee now.

Racing today the 26th edition of the Rabobank triathlon Binnemaas and celebrating my 5th participation. It’s one of my favorite races in South-holland because of the beautiful nature cycling track through the Binnenmaas fields ( “polders”), almost always windy and the running track that is long stretched over 4 laps.
